The 4-sided flat plate spar hull on the right has its counterweight deballasted and secured to the bottom of the hull.

The counterweight support column is deballasted and Yokohama type fenders have been secured to the hull  for a tandem tow. 

The counterweight support columns extends above the top of hull with the telescopic wind turbine column sections inside.

Tower sections can be installed inside the counterweight support column with nacelles and rotors installed on the top section by a conventional crane prior to transport.
